If I lose my valuables, what can I do?

It is heavily advised that you do not leave valuables of any kind in the booths. There is security available however, The Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft to your items.

Access will not be granted to anyone for the Conference without a Delegate Pass.

Can I access the presentations after the conference?

Presentations are the intellectual property of our speakers and panelists. Presentations will not be available for distribution to the public via the I.E.C.E.G Secretariat.

Is there a Limitation on how many people can manage at a booth a time?

Exhibitors are allowed to have 4 persons AT A TIME in the booth.

Exhibitors are allowed to interchange their staff in the booth.

Is there a Schedule available for Exhibitors?

There is a schedule created for exhibitors which includes set up times, exhibition days and dismantling times for booths.

The schedule is located in the exhibitor package that registered exhibitors will receive.

When can site visits be accommodated?

Site Visits will become available from January 30th, 2023 – February 13th, 2023

Is there Security available?

Security is available throughout the entire event days however, it is heavily advised that you do not leave valuables of any kind in the booths.

How do I view the event virtually?

Once registration for the event has been completed, you will be given instructions on the platforms available, agenda and additional important details.

How do I manage my profile and what options are available?

Depending on the type of registration, an account will be registered on our mobile application.
Once registration is completed, registrants will receive confirmation email containing all the information including login details.

Can I delete my account?

A user may request to deactivate their account and after 48 hours they will no longer have access to login to the account.

What if I need to register another or multiple individuals?

Each registration generates an account for the mobile application. Registrants will need to register separately so they can access their mobile application for updates, activities, agenda, etc.

I forgot my login and I cannot enter the conference? What do I do?

You will be given the ability to download a receipt and a QR code that will verify your account. Once a code is used and your Identity is verified at the Conference and your account will become Verified.
