Ambassador of Guyana to Venezuela, Dr Richard Van-West Charles has called for a change in culture among his countrymen and women to ensure they benefit from a large bite of the oil and gas industry and not just latch on the crumbs. In this episode of Energy Perspectives, Dr Van-West Charles says he believes Guyanese now have a deeper understanding of the oil and gas industry but they are failing to understand the required competencies and behaviours inimical to how the industry works.
