Zara Realty Holdings Inc., is a New York-based property management company engaged in commercial and residential rental. Guyanese-born siblings George Subraj, Ken Subraj and Jay Sobhraj entered the real estate market with a 44-unit complex in 1982.

Inculcating Guyanese hospitality norms, with New York's melting pot inclusivity, produced a unique luxury living experience in the Big Apple; transitioning to a solid, popular, people-friendly brand with thousands of units, and still expanding after 42 years.

With ownership of more than 50 prized ‘brownstones’ - studios, 1-3 family-sized units, the humble Bel Air, Georgetown, Guyanese brothers have progressively elevated Zara’s renting experience as iconic entrepreneurs in their business, second to none. This is Zara’s era!

Apart from Zara’s business portfolio, their participation again at Guyana’s Energy Conference and Supply Chain, February,18-21, 2025, is a presence reflective of the robust philanthropic activities of the brothers, in the many regions of Guyana, especially as it relates to health and education.

From sponsoring pioneering medical feats unheard of in Guyana, funding Information and Communication Technology hubs with hundreds of computers, to state-of-the-art buildings at the University of Guyana and Government Technical Institute, George, Ken and Jay have achieved august landmark as donors without fanfare.
