For over 20 years, Rae-Anne Alves has been a distinguished leader in large-scale transformation initiatives. Renowned as an end-to-end supply chain strategist, Rae-Anne combines thought leadership with hands-on delivery expertise across supply chain management, business strategy, and data strategy. She takes pride in serving her clients as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate their most complex challenges.


Rae-Anne has led transformative efforts across the supply chain, including supplier relationships, planning, procurement, operations, logistics, and analytics. Beyond supply chain leadership, she has guided senior executives in standing up new businesses, exploring innovative revenue streams, shaping enterprise data strategies, and assessing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.


Her previous role as the Americas ESG & Sustainability Supply Chain Leader highlighted her ability to integrate sustainability into supply chains, advancing environmental, social, and governance goals. In her current role, Rae-Anne is deeply engaged in supporting the transformation of Guyana, a country experiencing rapid growth and opportunity.


Rae-Anne’s achievements have earned her recognition as a Science Spectrum Trailblazer and Modern-Day Technology Leader at The Black Engineer of the Year Awards. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management/Supply Chain from Penn State University, as well as an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.


Outside of her professional endeavors, Rae-Anne dedicates her time to her family and community. She serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries International and Park Pride, where she helps drive initiatives that promote workforce development, sustainability, and community engagement.
