Antonio Neto is a global executive with over 20 years of leadership in heavy civil engineering, oil & gas, and infrastructure across the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. He has driven business growth and major projects at firms like OAS S.A., Punj Lloyd Group, and NBK Sons & Holding.

With proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, as well as a basic fluency in Italian and Arabic, Antonio holds a BBA from the University of Brasília (UNIDF). Based in Qatar since 2010, he was appointed Managing Director for the Americas and Africa at PIH in 2024, leading strategic growth, contract negotiations, and government relations.
