Hayley Gilbert is the Supply Chain Manager of ExxonMobil Guyana. Her scope includes marine vessel and helicopter logistics, shore base and waste management operations, offshore crude lifting, warehousing and materials management, and inbound logistics. Hayley began her career as a reservoir engineer with ExxonMobil in Houston, Texas, in 2010. She has since served in various individual and managerial assignments in engineering, planning, and operations in Canada, the United States, and Guyana.
