Sharlene S. Seegoolam is the Managing Director of SLB for the Caribbean region. She has comprehensive experience leveraging bespoke solutions that align with customers’ interests, and, ultimately drive outperformance.

She has worked in various leadership roles in the company, including Global Account Director in the United Kingdom as well as Sales & Marketing Manager in Asia-Pacific. Most recently, she was the Global Director of Sales & Commercial – Strategy.

Sharlene, an honors graduate of the University of the West Indies in Electrical & Computer Engineering, began her career with field assignments in Argentina and Trinidad. More recently, she has studied General Management Theory at Wharton and Yale.

Sharlene is a longtime proponent of diversity and inclusion in STEM and sales and has been actively involved in DEI efforts in SLB and the industry. She has served on the SLB Sales Commercial Diversity Committee and has actively advocated for Diversity in Sales and in Engineering.
