Honourable Susan Rodrigues is a Member of Parliament and serves as the Minister within the Ministry of Housing and Water in Guyana.

Appointed by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali on August 5, 2020, she holds the distinction of being the youngest member of the Cabinet. In addition to her ministerial duties, she is a member of the Parliamentary Sectoral Committee on Foreign Relations.

With a private sector background in construction and real estate, Minister Rodrigues leverages her experience to drive development in her current role. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), positioning her as a leader in both governance and sectoral development.
