Flavio Waltz is an EY Partner in Supply Chain - Operations, responsible for the Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities segments, as well as co-leading the Digital Operations practice for LATAM, based in the Rio de Janeiro office.
He has a degree in chemical engineering with a master's degree in Process Systems Engineering from UFRJ and more than 25 years' experience in digital engineering, asset management and innovation, in the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Metals & Mining, Pulp & Paper and Infrastructure areas. He has worked on projects in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Prior to his position at EY, Waltz played a key role as partner and co-founder of Radix Engineer & Software. At Radix, he held various positions, including leading the Industrial area, the Special Projects Division, the Agribusiness Department and the creation of RadixTalk. He has been a Great Place to Work in Brazil, RJ and LATAM several times for RADIX and Chemtech and in 2009 he helped Chemtech to be voted the most innovative company in the country.
