Agida Biervliet is a Senior Manager in EY’s Consulting practice and leads the Consulting service line in Suriname and Guyana and the People Consulting sub-service line in Trinidad. She has more than 18 years of professional experience advising public and private sector organizations across the Caribbean and the Netherlands on organizational transformation, organizational design, performance improvement, culture change, and leadership development.
Agida has successfully led large-scale transformation and restructuring initiatives, helping organizations align their people, culture, and operating models with their strategic objectives. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Organization, Change & Consultancy and is a Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
