Jorge is Vice President of Consulting for Latin America at Wood Mackenzie and a senior strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations across the energy and natural resources sector in Latin America and Europe.

He has worked extensively with national and multinational companies across exploration, production, downstream, and energy transition, combining strategy, operational excellence, capital productivity, and strong local content integration to deliver measurable and lasting results. Throughout his career, Jorge has led strategic and operational transformation programs, working hands-on with executive and technical teams while aligning global best practices with local capabilities, suppliers, and institutions.

Before joining Wood Mackenzie, Jorge held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Schlumberger Business Consulting, and Accenture Strategy. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
