She is an Economist and an investment strategist, with a high corporate acumen and a keen eye for niche opportunities in the Oil and Gas sector. Her strengths include domestic and international business acquisitions, joint ventures, business turnaround, analysis of business trends as a tool for investments and restructuring. She demonstrates excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Her assertive and distinctive aptitude in business is credited to her self-imposed commitment to excellence.

Prior to establishing her own global businesses, she held executive leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies (Pfizer, Hoffman La Roche, Johnson, and Johnson)

She is the Founder and CEO of Cybele Energy Global, Cybele Energy Ghana and Cybele Natural Resources Guyana, which is focused on Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas. Under her distinguished leadership, Cybele has been awarded with Block S7 in Guyana, South America in its last bid round in 2023. A trailblazer in every sense, she became the first woman to be awarded an Oil Block in Ghana; making her the First African Woman to be awarded an Oil Block outside the boundaries of Africa.

Cybele is a leading Sub-Saharan African Oil and Gas Exploration, Production and Integrated Services company focused on frontier and emerging markets. It undertakes high impact projects and delivers superior margins to its stakeholders. It straddles both aisles of the industry through its four business groups, Cybele E&P, Cybele Integrated Oilfield Services, Cybele Engineering and Cybele Water Resources.
