Captain Gerald Gouveia Jr. is a leading figure in Guyana’s aviation, business, and national development sectors. He serves as Director of Aviation & Security for the Roraima Group, Chief Pilot of Roraima Airways, and Director of Omni Helicopters Guyana Inc. A licensed Airline Transport Pilot and former Military Officer, he has flown missions from international runways to remote jungle airstrips, including life-saving medevac flights. As Chairman of the Private Sector Commission of Guyana, he champions private sector growth, aviation security, and international partnerships. He is also an ICAO-certified safety auditor, Avsec instructor, and recognized leader in regional business strategy.
