Mounir Bouaziz is the founder of BEE ENTERPRISE, established after nearly 30 years with Royal Dutch Shell, where he served as a Senior Executive across MENA, South America, and Africa. He is recognized for significantly expanding Shell’s footprint through the identification, negotiation, and implementation of major ventures, and brings deep expertise in Upstream, Domestic Gas, and LNG developments.

Through BEE ENTERPRISE, Mounir is currently engaged in the advisory and development of energy projects with direct Climate Change impact. These include Nature-Based Solutions in Colombia, Argentina, and Spain, large gas flaring reduction projects in Iraq, and solar PV and biochar projects in North Africa.

Mounir holds an engineering degree from the Grandes Écoles in Paris and an MBA from the United States. He is trilingual in English, French, and Arabic.
