Caio leads Client Services at Shape Digital, where he oversees global delivery, customer success, and service operations for the company’s AI-driven industrial software platform.

He previously held product management roles in the tech industry and began his career as a Data Scientist at McKinsey & Company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from both Yale and State University of Campinas.
