Established in November 2019 and based in Georgetown Guyana, GIC Inc. was developed to address the shortage in the local market for international export standard crating services.

The company is Guyanese majority owned and operated from its main fabrication workshop and fully certified heat treatment kiln facility in West Ruimveldt. GIC Inc. main service offerings include ISPM 15 compliant tailor-made wooden crates, skids and pallets specifically designed for the international transport of goods by marine and air routes, as well as purpose built domestic storage solutions.

Serving the majority of Oilfield Service and Logistics companies within Guyana, the Company has a proven track record in the design, fabrication, treatment and timely delivery of crating solutions from light duty units for freight items in the order of several kgs through to Out of Guage and Super Heavy-Duty projects requiring the safe and secure shipment or storage of equipment in excess of 25,000kgs and running over 20m in length
