Since opening in July 2017, the Centre for Local Business Development Inc. has registered over 8,000 businesses on Centre Hub, assisted 100 companies with HSSE Management Systems, trained over 10,000 individuals through oil and gas awareness seminars, and hosted close to 10 international business missions. Positioned as the nexus of Guyanese and international business, the Centre is dedicated to driving sustainable economic growth in Guyana by continuously evolving its services to support local content development and meet the shifting needs of a rapidly expanding economy.

Through Centre Hub, members gain valuable market intelligence, procurement alerts, and compliance support for Guyana's Local Content Act. Additionally, the Centre provides specialized training, audits, and mentorship in HSSE, quality management, and legal compliance, ensuring Guyanese companies can successfully meet buyer standards and compete with confidence.
